2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Cypher Vol. 1 is a professionally manufactured linen hardcover A5 journal featuring a structured format with pre-designed pages. The journal is intended for personal use, note-taking, planning, and reflection. The product is a physical good — a bound journal with premium materials including linen hardcover binding and high-quality paper. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and content on this website accurately represent the physical product being sold.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. Defects in binding, paper quality, or printing will be covered under our return and refund policy. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or intentional marking is not covered.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are considered accepted once confirmation is sent to your email address. Upon acceptance, the order becomes a binding sales transaction.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include the cost of the physical product only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping is provided free of charge within the UAE. Payment must be completed in full before order processing and shipment. We accept multiple payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE

Upon purchase and payment, the journal becomes the sole property of the buyer. The buyer has full rights to use, write in, and keep the physical journal. OASIS LINK GENERAL TRADING L.L.C retains no ownership or claim to the product after purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OASIS LINK GENERAL TRADING L.L.C and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or website, including but not limited to personal outcomes, results, or impact related to the use of the journal.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
