REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Cypher Vol. 1 is eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery
  • Products that have been written in, marked, or altered in any way
  • Products returned after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Orders placed in error by the customer (unless product defect)

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Provide photos of the product in its current condition (if applicable)
  3. Arrange return shipping to the address provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
