SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING LOCATION

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via Jeebly, a local UAE logistics partner. All shipments are tracked and insured.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE for all orders. We absorb all shipping costs to ensure an accessible experience for our customers.

4. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and handed to Jeebly for shipment within 2-3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

5. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times depend on your location within the UAE:

  • Dubai and Sharjah: 2-3 business days
  • Abu Dhabi and surrounding emirates: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Jeebly will provide tracking updates via email and SMS.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment in real-time through Jeebly's tracking system or your email notifications.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, Jeebly will contact you. You may arrange redelivery or collect the package from a pickup point.

9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. We will work with Jeebly to file a claim
  4. Once approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund
