A note

I became a family constellation facilitator because I needed it myself first.

I sat in the work. I felt what it means to trace a pattern back through generations and realise it was never yours to carry. I felt what it means to finally put something down.

That kind of clarity changed everything for me - how I moved, how I made decisions, what I stopped tolerating, what I finally allowed.

And then I kept watching other people circle the same things. Repeating the same patterns. Carrying what their parents carried, and their parents before them. Not because they weren't trying - but because they didn't have a container for the work.

Cypher is that container.

Five chapters. Built from everything I know about patterns, about the body, about what we inherit and what we can choose to release.

It is not a course. It is not a programme. It is a private system you return to - again and again - as you become more of who you actually are.
